Wild Frontier Media was born from a passion for wild places, wildlife and the people working to protect them.

Founded by filmmaker, photographer and drone pilot Nick Roden, Wild Frontier Media creates cinematic films, photography and aerial content for conservation organisations, wildlife projects, outdoor brands and businesses with a story worth telling.

​

Nick's work has taken him from his beginnings in the the Eryri Mountains, to travel globally and eventually into the African bush to work alongside anti-poaching teams in South Africa, document wildlife and conservation projects, and filming in some of the world's most remote and challenging environments. These experiences have shaped a filmmaking approach grounded in authenticity, curiosity and a genuine respect for the people and places being documented.

With a background spanning filmmaking, photography, drone operations and marketing, Nick brings more than just a camera to each project. He understands how to turn a story into content that not only looks cinematic, but has a purpose, whether that's raising awareness, engaging an audience, supporting fundraising or helping a business connect with the people who matter.
